The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms were amazing. The location near the malls was particularly good and amazing for us.

It offered efficient service and great food. the room was perfect and bright, with cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and a writing table. - the location was exceptionally nice for Nagoya, adjacent to BCS, Nagoya Hill, and support.

I was actually surprised by the warm and cute environment of the hotel. The staff were really nice too assist me with directions and suggestions for exploring Batam. They even helped me book a massage appointment. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with tastefully chosen furniture. The room service was efficient and the food presentation was excellent. I also loved the chic and lovely bathroom. my two-night stay at the hotel was really good.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. the white room concept was interesting and the dinner by the pool was affordable.

The breakfast selection was limited and the location was a bit too far from the city center. We had to take taxis to get to any attractions, which was quite inconvenient.

Though food choices in the vicinity are limited, there are still a few good restaurants and food stalls nearby. If you prefer to shop, there are some stores within reach, but it's not as convenient as hotels near shopping areas. Rooms are spacious and have essential amenities like a fridge and safe.

One downside to the hotel is the inconsistency of the housekeeping service, which leaves the rooms dirty and disorderly.

Despite being an old building, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The pillows were oversized but too soft for our liking.
